'''Hans Pileveen''' kan man roligt kalde '''Hr. Lanos'''. Gennem hele livet har han været trofast mod sin klub i [[Lanos]], hvor han er født. I 14 år som professionel spiller - heraf de 5 som anfører - og siden som assiterende træner. 
Eneste periode udenfor klubben er de 2 år, hvor han på normeret tid tog sin trænerlicens. Familien blev dog hjemme i [[Lanos]], og [[Hans Pileveen]] var hjemme hver weekend. 
Den lidt mutte mand af få ord betragtes dog mest af alt som assistent, og er mere ham, der henter bolde og stiller kegler, end den, der lægger taktik og tager opgør med presse, ledelse og spillere. Under baringeren [[Tom Reihning]], der ellers heller ikke ligefrem har ry for at være et sludrechatol, er der en ganske klar forskel på chef og assistent.
