Han har spillet tæt ved et halvt hundrede landskampe, men er flere gange blevet dømt "færdig" på landsholdet. Alligevel er kommet på banen igen, og viste da så sent som i sæson 35 sin målfarlighed. 
Han var også med ved [[GC36]], men spillede her kun en enkelt kamp, da han under forberedelserne måtte se sig overhalet som den foretrukne af [[Willy Bullus]].
