Fodboldtræner og tidligere -spiller fra [[Mõevalos]], hvis knaldhårde venstrebensskud havde en vigtig andel i [[UD Vile Bance]]s [[WC 18|World Cup-sejr i 18]]. I semifinalen bragte dette ben klubben foran 4:3 i 5:3-sejren over [[OFK Sumsar]]. Forinden havde coslaverne ført 3:1. I den ikke mindre dramatiske finale mod [[Visites (klub)|Visites]] stod samme venstreben for kampens to første scoringer, før udborgerne kom foran 3:2, hvorefter [[UD Vile Bance]] igen vendte kampen til 5:3.

===Fra [[Mõevalos]] til [[Fekravfonla]] og hjem igen===
Det var intet under, at den kontante angriber var med på listen i 21, da [[ALFA]] første gang officielt registrerede profspillere. Samme sæson scorede han i både den første finale og returfinalen af [[ALFA Cup 21|ALFA Cup]] mod [[The Ahtletich Belnickchester]] — to hjemme og et ude — og ydede dermed også til denne triumf sit bidrag.

Alligevel skiftede han til fekravfonlansk fodbold i sommeren 22 og endte med at spille i alt fem sæsoner for henholdsvis [[Lælaro (klub)|Lælaro]], [[Awkræ (klub)|Awkræ]] og [[B 09 Josfilby]].

Til sæson 28 måtte [[UD Vile Bance]] efter et års abstinens igen indføre proffodbold, og på det hold, den unge træner [[Santo]] byggede op, var Juan Gom en af de få ældre, erfarne spillere.

===Ung, innovativ træner===
To år efter hængte han støvlerne på knagen og tog igen til Nexdomtaso, denne gang for at gå på [[TIFOs Trænerskole]]. Efter veloverstået eksamen var hans første station [[B 7 Nashing]]. Det nexbomål, han havde lært i [[Fekravfonla]] og [[Skolborg]], lod ikke til at hjælpe ham i [[Klomarken]]. I hvert fald rykkede klubben ned.

Men Juan Gom fik ansættelse hos en håbefuld mõevalesisk amatørklub, [[CAF Lãa]], hvor han følte sig godt tilpas og man var glad for hans ledelse. Alligevel var der ikke noget at gøre, da han efter to år hér fik et indiskutabelt tilbud om at træne den på det tidspunkt tredobbelte [[Nick Bobson Cup]]-finalist [[FC Sõa]].

Juan Gom var i sine unge dage i hæren, men er ikke desto trods åben for at indføre elementer i træningen, som ikke umiddelbart har med disciplin endsige fodbold at gøre: teambuildingaktiviteter og sågar afspændingsteknik og tankerejser kan pludselig stå på repertoiret, hvis man er spiller under hans ledelse.
