	Efter to år som skrankepave fik han et opkald fra sin gamle træner [[Papon Donkaz]], der manglede en assistent og eventuelt senere afløser. Trods manglende erfaring med trænergerningen slog Phil Tecture, der ikke alene savnede duften af græs, men også [[Nexdomtaso]], til og blev dermed hjælpetræner og ungdomscoach i [[Vilsted/Rizaz (klub)\|Vilsted/Rizaz]]. Han tog sågar de to weviske amatørspillere [[Nicolas Money]] og [[Lou Meyer]] med til klubben. +Fodboldtræner og tidligere -spiller fra [[Wevey]]. Tecture var med på det [[The Ahtletich]]-hold, nåede finalen i [[ALFA Cup 21]], og han scorede to af klubbens i alt fem mål i de to finaler, som dog begge blev tabt til [[UD Vile Bance]].
 Efter sin karriere som spiller forsøgte han forgæves at blive dommer, men dumpede tredjeårsprøven to gange. I stedet tog han tilbage til sit hjemland og fik arbejde i en teknisk forvaltning.
