I 32 blev han så fyret på grund af AWBFs katastrofale 7. plads og kom til [[Alouang Terlitense]]. I oktober 32 overtog han samtidig reelt træningen af [[Frecacón/Frecons A-landshold]], selvom [[Frecacón/Frecon Football Association]] intet officielt meddelte om, at [[Anders Vistrup]] havde [[Alouang_World_News_33#Vistrup_gik.2C_fordi_han_havde_f.C3.A5et_nok|forladt landstrænerposten]] på grund af sprogstriden i landet og forbundets deraf følgende pålæg. Dette job helligede Riazek sig på fuld tid fra begyndelsen af sæson 34.

Det skete med imponerende succes. Riazek formåede at holde sammen på holdet, og selvom landet også officielt blev splittet op og drastisk decimeret i april 35, holdt han på spillerne, der ellers for de allerflestes vedkommende kunne have valgt at skifte statsborgerskab — og med imponerende og kampbetonet fodbold kvalificerede holdet sig sågar til [[Alouangs TIFO Gold Cup 36-kvalifikation|finalepuljen om TIFO Gold Cup 36-deltagelse]].

Denne præstation indbragte ham titlen som [[Årets Alfoot-Træner]] i 35. En ære, der var noget kontroversiel, idet det på det tidspunkt var [[Alfoot]] selv, som betalte szogozianerens løn, fordi [[FFFA]] kun fortsat eksisterede på papiret.

Hvad de færreste husker, er, at Riazek også var en habil spiller. Han var anfører for [[Cycl Narkow]] og spillede 13 [[SZOA|landskampe for Szogoz]]. Det første af sine tre mål i landsholdstrøjen scorede han efter at have spillet blot 12 minutter — i debuten kom han på banen seks minutter før tid, og i sin anden landskamp, hvor han for første gang var med fra start, scorede han efter seks minutter.
