Fodboldtræner og tidligere -spiller fra Crouver. Stan Newman er nok Crouvers største, i hvert fald ikke-professionelle, fodboldspiller nogensinde. Han har to gange scoret 3 mål i en landskamp, første gang i åbningskampen ved Tirbik Cup 30 på sin hjemmebane i Garring. Newman blev slutrundens topscorer med 5 mål.
Da han sluttede sin karriere, blev han træner for U21-landsholdet, som samme sæson forsvarede sin Tirbik Cup-titel. Derefter tabte holdet dog fem kampe i træk, heraf fire i Plaque de Jeunesse, og Newman forlod efter to år og 16 kampe posten — og blev den første U21-landstræner i Crouver, som ikke bagefter blev A-landstræner. I stedet kom han til den fallerede storklub Icemen Garring, men blev sat fra bestillingen, da den to år senere rykkede ned.
Desuden bestyrer Stan Newman Crouvers største sportscenter.
