Fodboldspiller fra Republic of Gum, der formåede at få to Plaque de Jeunesse-guldmedaljer uden at have spillet i nogen af finalerne. I 30, fordi han dengang var en perifer spiller på holdet, og tre år senere, fordi han i mellemtiden var en fast bestanddel af A-landsholdet.
Hitchhill er en spændende, men noget ustabil og rastløs spiller. Han kan være nærmest verdensklasse den ene dag og usynlig den næste.
Efter tre sæsoner som professionel i tre forskellige Alouang Prof League-klubber vendte han tilbage til sin tidligere klub Johnston FC, der netop var rykket op i Midland’s Leagues bedste række igen.
