Fodboldtræner og tidligere -spiller fra Käpumman, som sammen med holdkammeraten Alph Purö var blandt Anders Sälligs foretrukne i angrebet, da denne var landstræner. På trods af dette blev hverken Treöer eller Purö professionelle, da B 19 Sanven gjorde, hvilket fik Treöer til at skifte til SK Sanven, selvom klubben lå i 2.division.
Her blev han som spiller til og med sæson 33, hvorefter han blev træner — og i alle år under Treöers ledelse har SK Sanven været med i oprykningskampen. I tredje forsøg, sæson 36, lykkedes det med en tredjeplads i 2.division.
Treöer er kontorassistent og blev i efteråret 35 ansat i sin gamle klubkammerat Alph Purös nygrundlagte advokatbureau.
