Fodboldspiller fra Krassbourg. Tissau scorede i sin første landskamp og bed sig så hurtigt fast på Krassbourgs landshold, at han allerede i sin femte kamp bar anførerbindet en enkelt gang som afløser for Luc Iaux. Krassbourg tabte i øvrigt dèn kamp 0:6 til Trokollonne.
Frem til sæson 29 var Tissau uundværlig i det krassiske forsvar — indtil den syv år yngre Bruno Laloi dukkede op og tilspillede sig Tissaus plads. Herefter var Tissau kun sporadisk med på banen.
Især i sine yngre år havde han et fantastisk løbepensum, hvilket gjorde, at han ofte tillod sig at gå med frem. Han scorede ofte efter lange frisparks- eller hjørnesparkssituationer.
